We're a cosmetic dental practice hiring a contract videographer who can come to the office, pitch ideas, shoot them, and deliver finished edited videos before the day ends. No waiting a week for a handoff. You own the project from concept to finished post.

Walk in with a rough plan, adapt based on what's happening that day, and leave with posts ready to go live. Expect to shoot patient transformations (when consented), behind-the-scenes procedure footage, doctor interviews, testimonial-style pieces, trend-driven content, and whatever else fits the moment. You'll edit on-site and deliver a set number of finalized vertical and horizontal cuts every day for the practice account and the doctor's personal account.

The practice treats recognized names in finance, entertainment, and social media, and you'll be working alongside some of the top cosmetic providers in the field. You'll have regular access to high-profile patients, but only under strict NDA and only with their explicit permission to film. Discretion is non-negotiable.

You'll bring your own filming equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, audio, stabilization) and your own computer capable of editing same-day. We provide the location, the talent, and the concepts to build from — you provide everything needed to shoot and finish on-site.

Strong camera work. Fluent in Premiere or Final Cut, plus CapCut or similar for quick mobile edits. A real eye for Instagram and TikTok pacing, hooks, and trends. Color grading chops, clean audio instincts, and the ability to write short captions that don't sound generic.

You should be able to direct a busy doctor kindly and efficiently, since they have patients between takes. Comfortable in a medical setting, respectful of sterile areas, and calm around procedures.

This is a 1099 contract role. Day rate is $400–$650 depending on experience, portfolio, and turnaround speed.

Before we commit to an ongoing schedule, every candidate does a paid full-day trial at your proposed rate. You'll shoot, edit, and deliver finished content the same day, exactly as you would in the role. If it clicks on both sides, we move forward with regularly booked days.
